Gaza: Jun. 10^th, 2006

We at the Palestinian Youth Association for Leadership And Rights Activation "PYALARA", strongly condemn by all means the massacre that was perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces on Friday, 9^th of June, 2006, on the sea shores of the Gaza Strip.

Innocent people and children were killed while enjoying their first weekend after a whole tiring scholastic year of studying under occupation!

Huda Ali Ghalieh, a Palestinian young girl of 13 years old, has committed a mistake when she thought she could perform her right to be happy with her family, spending their time together on the beach at a sunny day, as all the children all over the world.

Huda didn't know that after spending the weekend on the beach she would go to the cemetery to burry the bodies of her father, mother and three of her brothers and sisters, instead of going back home to have some rest at the end of a joyful day, the death of her family was the cost of her dream.

Her happiness, joy and her whole life were destroyed when the Israeli occupation forces bombed the beach of Gaza City, where they ONLY were having fun as a family.

Our message to every human being in this world and to the International Community is to look on what is going on in Palestine, to treat us as humans and to give us our basic rights of a secured and protected normal life to every single Palestinian child.

We scream the world up to take serious moves towards saving our lives and to give us a sort of guarantee that we will be safe with our families and parents when we go to the only available place "the beach", without being scared of the ghost of death by the Israeli occupation forces.

We are asking the US government to stop the double standard policy by calling the killing of innocent Palestinians by Israeli murderers as self-defense, and to be up to its responsibilities as a fare and equal supervisor for the peace process and a member in the International Quartet Committee.

 We call on the UN bodies, on top of which the United Nations Children's Fund "UNICEF" to move immediately in order to put an end to the Israeli massacres perpetrated against the Palestinian innocent children.
